Important Disclaimer — No Direct Lending:

Qint Systems does not directly provide loans. We act as a lead generation and facilitation platform. Any loan offered and provided to you will be by one of our partnered RBI-registered banks or NBFCs. Loan approvals, interest rates, terms, and disbursements are governed solely by the lending institution.

5. Consent & DND Override

By submitting your details to Qint Systems via any form or channel, you explicitly consent to:

Sharing your information with our partnered lenders and service providers for the purpose of processing your loan application.
Receiving communications (calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, emails) from Qint Systems and our partners regarding your application or related offers.
Being contacted even if your mobile number is registered on a Do Not Disturb (DND) registry or similar opt-out service, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you wish to opt out of marketing communications, please follow the opt-out process described in the "Your Rights" section below.
